    Magic Wallet Shop has always tried to be as green as possible and will continue to do so as new techniques, materials, and opportunities arise. In the mean while, have a look how we do it so far.

    Waste-reduction Efforts

    The Magic Wallet is known for its light weight and thickness. That means less occupied space in the pocket for you, and less waste for mother nature.

    Carbon Optimized Hosting

    We try to make our website as green, energy-efficient, and carbon neutral as possible.

    We've carefully selected a green hosting-partner and pay a monthly fee to ensure that our promises are kept. The green server requires less power for the same performance as other servers in its class. Power supplies in the data center have all been updated to reduce energy consumption by 25-30%. Magic Wallet Shop uses cloud hosting which features a better utilization of server resources, more efficient power consumption and less overall waste of energy.

    Green Materials

    The synthetics that are used for our Magic Wallets are made from petroleum products. Good news, since recycle centers now accept these nylons as recyclable material. Next to this, nylon is known to last for ages.

    The leather we use in our faux leather wallets is of such a small quantity that fewer cows are needed in comparison with other wallet manufacturers. Fewer cows equals less transportation resulting in less CO2 emissions. No need for those hard chemicals to get this leather in it's final shape, this in big contrast with all the cheap "genuine leather" variants on the market.

    We only use environmentally friendly cotton as textiles for our wallets. This fabric is easy to break down when its natural lifespan is over. Our gift certificates are electronically digitalised and send over to you in PDF format. It will save some paper in the end.

    Our Workplace

    We use recycled paper and only opt for green office supplies. No energy consuming desktop computers with big fat screens, we manage our business with brand new energy efficient ultra-books. We limit the packaging of retail displays and recycle as much as possible at the end of the day.

    Shipping and packaging

    We limit the packaging of our wallets so less goes to waste. The minimal shipping material, retail packaging and wholesale packaging is used to please both you as well as mother nature.
